this was my second visit this year. i had a superior room on the 16th floor. the room featured ample storage space and a sea view balcony. reclining chairs and foot stools were available.
my only minor issue was regarding a birthday gift. i received a bottle of fizz after ordering drinks in the restaurant. i was not allowed to remove it from the restaurant, limiting my enjoyment.

I enjoyed the superior room on the 16th floor very much. It featured lots of storage. a sea view balcony included reclining chairs and foot stools, i found this space very nice for enjoying the sunshine. i also appreciated that pool towels were provided. The pool attendant assisted with moving loungers.
our room was the last to be cleaned EVERY day, around 3:15 pm. this timing interfered with our afternoon rest. the reception abruptly refused my request for an earlier cleaning time one day, unfortunate.

Wonderful Experience at Adults-Focused Hotel

The location is superb. I found I was only a short walk to the beach and the main strip. The gentleman managing the pool area promptly helped move loungers. Pool towels were provided. I appreciated that the staff moved towels from unoccupied beds, though consistency varied.
The room cleaning occurred late each day. It was generally around 3:15 PM. I requested an earlier cleaning time one day, but it was refused. I wish they could accommodate requests for earlier service.
